What kind of food is on the menu?
The menu brings together Vienna Beef hot dogs, smokehouse pork ribs, sandwiches, Qin’s Chinese dishes, homemade pies and frozen food to take home. Qin’s dishes include steamed bao, pork Shandong noodles, sweet and sour chicken, peanut chicken and tomato beef.

Is there an alpha-gal menu?
The restaurant prints a separate alpha-gal menu, including turkey and chicken dishes. Tell the kitchen about your requirements before ordering so staff can discuss ingredients and preparation. Menu labels are not a guarantee against cross-contact.
Can I buy frozen food to take home?
The printed menu lists Qin’s steamed bao in packs of two or four, and smoked pulled pork by the pound. Call to confirm what is available.
Who are the cooks behind Medicine Bow Farms?
Two Feathers looks after the smokehouse, hot dogs and pies, and Qin cooks the Chinese side of the menu. In September 2026, the owner described a farm started 25 years earlier and a relationship with Qin that began in China 35 years earlier.
